mineral makeup

my friend maribel introduced me to mineral make up, at first i thought it was all hype but after using it, i've been hooked. it does not feel cakey, and just looks natural. unfortunately, it is not yet available in the philippines and i have to ask either my sis or sis-in-law to buy it for me in the US.

it claims you can even sleep with it, but to be on the safe side, i still remove any trace of make-up before retiring for the night.

my nother recent discovery is the e.l.f. line of cosmetics, imagine, probably the only line both carried by the high end rustan's and low end watsons, the line is mostly priced at P100 ONLY!!!! this is the only mascara i have used that doesn't smear, loveet

have tried almost all mascaras recommended by beauty editors that promised not to smear, but by 4pm, i usually look like a raccoon no matter how often i dab the eyelash, but with e.l.f. (eyes lips face) mascara, this doesn't happen

discrimination or just plain unsanitary?

at first glance, it appears that Amador Bernabe, 43, who used to work as a machine operator for Townsville Engineering Industries (TEI) in Queensland, was a victim of discrimination for using water to clean himself up after using the toilet. The story looks that way as it appears at Huffington Post and originally reported at GroundReport.com.

However, lest we Pinoys howl in protest, there are always two sides of the story, and Townsville Bulletin aired the employer's side. It was not his habit of using water to clean himself but the state in which he leaves the toilet that his co-workers and his employer object to.

It is always difficult to give opinions when you do not know the whole story, so in this case, I won't. However, i believe that courtesy, respect, sanitary habits go a long way in improving our relations.

just because she gained a few pounds, ok ok, about 10 lbs, doesn't give us a reason to belittle her. a lot of celebrities are heavier than her. making fun of her only perpetuates the notion that thin is beautiful
